Additional software used: EMR Direct phiMail, Bridge Patient Portal, Excel
In order for customers to be a part of the certified usage of our software, you will be required to subscribe to a couple of services. One is encrypted email services and the other is patient portal. Both are required by HHS and neither of these mandatory pieces are systems written or provided by DBC. There are also the on-going support fees that any user would be charged to allow our staff to continue to give them training and the technical support needed to run the software correctly for general use. This fee also pays for the updates that we perform on the system. User can pay these fees monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Whether the customer is using the software to meet MIPS and MACRA or not, the fees are the same. We provide video training and user guides to help doctors meet the MIPS and MACRA criteria and we charge nothing extra for those.
