Above and Beyond Awards

Posted by Russ Thompson

DB Consultants announces the winner of their recent Above & Beyond Award.

On April 21, 2016, Kevin Williams and Nancy Murnin were toasted along with the entire DB Consultants’ technical support staff. Kevin was the overall winner with Nancy close on his heels thru the entire campaign. The race was so tight that company management couldn’t order awards until the afternoon before the celebration.

2016 marks the first year in which DB Consultants polled its customers to find out how technical support was perceived and which techs were highest rated. To their surprise, company officers noted that getting a quick answer to a question wasn’t always the most desired trait. They quickly saw a pattern emerge in which customers commented on the support tech’s individual attributes.

Kevin’s most noteworthy traits included his program knowledge, his compassion and his thoroughness best collaboration tools.

Nancy’s recognized talents included being “smart” and “attentive.

Steve’s sense of humor was commented on a number of times, as was …

Aubrae’s gentleness and easy way of getting customers to relax.

Bonnie’s 30 year experience with the DBC family of products proved to be her strong suit.

Troy’s focus on efficiency earned him the descriptions of tenacious and a “git-‘er-done” kind of guy.

Jeni’s genuine interest in helping customer obtain a solution to their problem didn’t go un-noticed by her loyal followers. And… long-timer,

Roger, helped customers glide thru the ICD-10 transition without a wrinkle.
