Are you ready to sign in to the Quality Payment Program for Performance Year 2017?
Eligible Professional (EP) or their representative who will attest starting 1/2/2018 must first obtain an Enterprise Identity Management Credential before they can attest on the Quality Payment Program Website. The new EDIM credentials will replace the Username and Password used during previous years’ attestation.

The guide provides step-by-step instructions on how users can sign up for an EIDM account for the first time and how to request a role to access the ‘Physician Quality and Value Programs’ application using the EIDM in the CMS Enterprise Portal.
