EHR Attestation Tips for Chiro QuickCharts

Thank you for asking about CMS Certified Electronic Health Records Technology Incentive Program Attestation requirements and procedures. Unfortunately, we are not experts with the attestation procedure, but, we can offer the following guidelines:

Submit in time: Attestations for the 2015 program year will be accepted from January 4, 2016 through February 29, 2016.

Attestation period: This must be a 90-day within 2015.

Know your numbers: You will need the CMS EHR Certification ID for Chiro QuickCharts. That number is 1314E01PTD5JEAV

Print Screens: Be sure to document the version of Chiro QuickCharts and your statistics during your attestation period. Many providers are asked for that information during an audit and we cannot always produce that information after the fact. Save this information with your year end 2015 financials.
