New Features for a New Year

We have been busy designing and implementing new features in the popular Practice Management System (aka “AS/PC Complete PM”). These latest features are far from trivial and can be downright transformational for some practices. The most significant and most important feature for any practice is called “Batch Eligibility Check”.

Just like it sounds, you can right click on a day on the Appointment Calendar and we will reach out to Trizetto electronically and check the insurance eligibility of EVERYONE on the schedule for that day, or the week,… you decide. Once the response comes back (seconds) the PM will then offer the FILL IN THE DATA that the check discovered. This data includes COPAY, COINSURANCE and DEDUCTIBLE for example.

Patients can book their own Appointments Available soon.

Your patients can access your schedule and the available times slots and make their own appointments. Imagine the freedom of allowing a patient to schedule in your open time slots? This feature is where the world is going and your younger tech savvy patients have come to expect this. So don’t get left in the dust (aka your grandfather’s practice) and get with the times with this forward thinking feature. This feature makes use of a paid service so there is a fee of $99 a month.

Transaction Linked Notes Available now.

A new notes feature will allow you to attach a note or notes specifically to a transaction. It is a great way to get organized and new customer Geri Liljenquist, D.C. prompted us to add this cool new feature. New and innovative features start with great ideas, so thank you Dr. Liljenquist!
