New Updates to Practice Management System provides easier payment processing and improved reporting

• The visit counter for the clinic totals daysheet has been updated to more accurately reflect multiple patient visits within any given time period. Depending upon the reporting interval (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) prior versions may have aggregated multiple same-patient visits as a single visit.
• Doctor Case Pin Lookup/Edit Doctor Case Pin: We’ve included the newer fields to automatically refresh when changed.
• Record Center column widths have been expanded to show more information.
• Charge Entry: After deleting a fee that a posting is created from, when resaving the posting, added message to indicate the original fee does not exist anymore.
• Autopay processing
o will now automatically detect and post payments as the secondary carrier, if the claim already has primary adjudication information on it. This is applicable if the 837 electronic claim file has been passed to the secondary automatically from the primary.
o Added option to allow ERA Rejection Report to show information only from the ERA file, rather than including already posted items from previous adjudication(s).
o Added button to allow AutoPay to detect and automatically load rules from an 835 to the rules window.
